A Free Vizio TV Remote App for iPhone

Vizio SmartCast TVs can be controlled over Wi-Fi, so the remote you need is the phone you already have.
TV Remote pairs with a 4-digit PIN shown on the TV and remembers it, so you only do it once.
What works on a Vizio TV
All the everyday controls are on your phone:
- D-pad, OK, Back, Home and playback keys
- Volume, mute and channel up/down
- Input switching between HDMI ports and other sources
- Apps opened from one grid
Set up TV Remote with a Vizio TV
- Join the same Wi-FiTurn the Vizio on and check your iPhone is on the same Wi-Fi.
- Choose your TVOpen TV Remote, allow local network access, and tap your Vizio TV.
- Enter the PINType the 4-digit PIN the TV shows into the app.
- Use the remoteChange volume, channels and inputs, and open apps. It reconnects by itself next time.
