These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Job Stamp mobile application ("Job Stamp" or the "App") provided by Axius Apps ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Job Stamp, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Job Stamp for your personal or business purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Job Stamp is a camera app that adds information such as the date, time, address, GPS coordinates, a map, notes and your business details to photos, organizes photos into jobs, and creates PDF photo reports from them.
The dates, times and locations shown on stamps and in reports come from your device's clock, its location services, and Apple's geocoding and map services. They can be affected by your device settings, GPS signal, permissions and the accuracy of those services, and may be approximate or wrong. Stamps can also be changed after a photo is taken: you can edit a photo's time and address, and imported photos use the information saved in the original file.
Job Stamp records what your device reports. It does not verify, certify or authenticate when or where a photo was taken, and it does not make photos tamper-proof. We do not promise that stamped photos or reports will be accepted by any client, insurer, court, regulator or other party, or that they meet any legal, contractual or industry requirement. You are responsible for checking the information in your photos and reports before you rely on them or give them to anyone else.
You own the photos, notes, job details, logos and other content you create or add in Job Stamp ("Your Content"). We do not receive Your Content and claim no rights in it. You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure that:
- You have the right to take, keep and share the photos you take, including photos of other people, their property or private places.
- You have the right to use any logo, business name or other material you add.
- You handle any personal information in Your Content, such as client names and addresses, in line with the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use Job Stamp to create records that misrepresent when, where or what was photographed, or to deceive, defraud or mislead anyone, including clients, employers and insurers.
- Do not use Job Stamp for unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing purposes, or to photograph people or places where you are not allowed to.
- Do not use another person's or business's name or logo without permission.
- Do not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the App, or to get around its subscription features.
Job Stamp requires Job Stamp Pro, which is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and may also be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions may start with a free trial. The plans, price, billing period and trial eligibility available to you are shown in the App before you purchase, and are managed through Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you start one.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by Apple's rules.
If your subscription ends, the photos and jobs you created stay on your device, but you will need an active subscription or purchase to continue using the App. You can restore a previous purchase from the App on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot process App Store refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple, from your purchase history or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Job Stamp stores Your Content on your device. We do not keep a copy and cannot recover it if it is lost, for example if you delete the App, delete a job, or lose or reset your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important photos and reports, such as by using iCloud Backup, saving to Photos, the App's iCloud Drive backup, or exporting reports.
Some features rely on services provided by others, including Apple (location, geocoding, Apple Maps, iCloud, the App Store and StoreKit), RevenueCat (subscription status), TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics) and Expo (app updates). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes in third-party services.

Job Stamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that stamps, maps or reports will be accurate or complete, or that data will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axius Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business or goodwill, arising from your use of Job Stamp, including any reliance on the dates, times, locations or other information in photos or reports. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Axius Apps against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or from your use of Job Stamp in breach of these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using Job Stamp at any time. Canceling your use of the App does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple Account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of Job Stamp after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are between you and Axius Apps only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for Job Stamp or its content. Your use of Job Stamp must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store Usage Rules.
- Axius Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for Job Stamp and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Job Stamp. Support requests should be sent to us at the email below.
- In the event Job Stamp fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Job Stamp.
- Axius Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Job Stamp, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Axius Apps, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that Job Stamp or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
